Specialist practice website with a what-to-bring list

A website built around the question every reception desk hears: what should I bring. Five reasons for a visit, each with its own checklist — referral, test results, imaging reports, medication list, discharge summary. Lists switch without a page reload, but with JavaScript off all of them are visible at once, so nothing gets missed. Each has a print stylesheet, because half of patients prefer paper to a phone. Plus duration and price on every visit type, a statement of what the practice does not do, and a form where the health question is optional.

Questions before you buy

What exactly do I get for the price?

A working website under your own domain, with a .pl domain and hosting for the first year included, SSL and a contact form. We replace the demo content with your details (name, address, phone, services, pricing, photos, logo), set up Google Maps and basic SEO, and you get 30 days of support after launch. You always get a VAT invoice.

How long does it take?

Three working days from receiving your materials. You fill in a short form after payment (name, address, texts, photos, logo). Most launches happen faster.

What happens after the first year?

Hosting and the domain are included for 12 months. After that you renew them yourself with the hosting provider or move the website anywhere you like. Renewal currently costs 127 PLN net per year for hosting and 99 PLN net for a .pl domain, 226 PLN net (278 PLN gross) per year in total. These are the provider’s prices and may change. There is no subscription to us and no lock-in.

Can I edit the website myself later?

Yes. The website is plain HTML/PHP with no CMS to break. Small text changes we do for free within the support period; later you can edit files yourself or order changes from us.
