A ready B2B equipment rental service with the bizrent.pl domain: catalogue, rate calculator, quote form and a panel for handling enquiries.
Price negotiable
A working equipment rental service for business customers — not an empty shell to fill in, but an application with a catalogue, a rate calculator, enquiry handling and an admin panel. The bizrent.pl domain is included.
Eighteen items split into categories, with filters and search. Each item has its own page with a description, an image and its rates. On top of that there are six ready-made kits — equipment grouped for typical jobs, so the customer does not have to assemble an order themselves.
The most interesting part of the service. The customer picks the equipment and the period, and the calculator works out the cheapest combination of pricing tiers — day, weekend, week and month. The same algorithm runs on the server and in the browser, so the result is identical whether or not JavaScript is enabled.
Submitted over AJAX, with a full fallback for browsers without JavaScript. Protected by a CSRF token, a bot trap and a timing check, with Polish VAT-number validation. Submission sends two messages: a notification to the office and a confirmation to the customer.
Home page, pricing, "how it works", about, FAQ, contact, terms of service, privacy policy and custom 404 and 500 pages. The site is complete — there are no gaps left to fill.
At /admin: a dashboard with statistics and a chart, an enquiry list with a detail view carrying statuses and notes, CSV export, and editing of prices and descriptions for both equipment and kits. Day-to-day operation happens in the browser, without touching code or the database.
Plain PHP 8 — no Composer, no framework, no dependencies to keep updated. A MySQL or MariaDB database across eight tables, and vanilla JavaScript. It runs on ordinary shared hosting with Apache and mod_rewrite; the bin/install.php installer creates the database structure, loads the starter data and prints the administrator password.
The service detects for itself whether it sits at the root of a domain or in a subdirectory, and prefixes every URL, route and JavaScript link accordingly. Moving it to another address requires no path edits.
Sitemap, robots.txt, meta and Open Graph tags, Organization, Product and FAQPage structured data, and friendly URLs. These are the things that, on a service like this, usually get added later and at greater cost.
The application and the domain. The starter data — eighteen equipment items, six kits and the FAQ entries — is sample content, there so that the site looks operational from the first minute; you replace it with your own range from the panel. The service has no enquiry history and no customers yet, because it is for sale rather than years into trading.
We handle the launch: the application goes onto our hosting — the first year is included — we run the installer and repoint the domain.
A working website under your own domain, with a .pl domain and hosting for the first year included, SSL and a contact form. With deployment we replace the demo content with your details (name, address, phone, services, pricing, photos, logo), set up Google Maps and basic SEO, and you get 30 days of support after launch. In the basic version you fill in the content yourself. You always get a VAT invoice.
Three working days from receiving your materials. You fill in a short form after payment (name, address, texts, photos, logo). Most launches happen faster.
Hosting and the domain are included for 12 months. After that you can extend hosting with us for another year or move the website anywhere you like: it is yours, with no lock-in and no subscription.
Yes. The website is plain HTML/PHP with no CMS to break. Small text changes we do for free within the support period; later you can edit files yourself or order changes from us.
